Firstly I love all of my clients at Mobile Hair Extensions Wirral, and I want to make sure everyone is treated fairly. That’s why I've set a few basic policies to make sure myself & my clients have an experience that leaves us both happy & excited for our next appointment.

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. I get it. If you need to cancel more than 24hours before your appointment, it's simple just shoot me a message or use the booking app to let me know.
If you don’t let me know or cancel with less than 24 hours notice which leaves me unable to fill the gap, your £10 booking fee will be forfeited.
I agree that this service is non-refundable under any circumstances.
I have a system to rectify or replace depending on the situation. If I feel the extensions are not what was expected or not suitable then I also understand a refund is not acceptable.

I agree that I will follow the exact aftercare guidelines given.
I will not hold the stylist responsible for any damage or injury caused by me failing to follow all advice given or providing any inaccurate information at the time. I agree I will attend maintenance appointments every 6-8weeks for tapes, 6-9 weeks for wefts & 9-12weeks for nanos to avoid damage to my natural hair. If I am unhappy with the hair, fitting or service I will give the stylist the opportunity to rectify any issues. Removal must also be carried out by the stylist who fitted them. I understand that failure to comply to the above exempts me from any entitlement to a refund or claim if any issues occur. I also agree that the colour, brand, length and weight chosen during this consultation is what I have agreed to with my stylist when shown.
I agree to not to cut, colour, use toner or purple shampoo on my hair after the consultation and before the fitting. I am also aware that on the day of the fitting there may be a situation where the hair ordered is a batch that is a slightly off colour which will mean we send back the hair for another batch and rebook the fitting appointment. This is no fault of the stylist.
